TECHNICAL-ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF NUCLEAR FUEL RECYCLING

We can assist in making informed decisions regarding the establishment of a closed fuel cycle at its final stage, as well as provide recommendations for international cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy. Our primary focus areas include analyzing issues related to the accumulation of spent nuclear fuel, the needs and possibilities of nuclear material recycling under specific conditions, collecting, processing, and systematizing technical-economic data on fuel cycle changes with a focus on the most promising options, and developing methodologies for assessing the feasibility of nuclear material recycling, including materials received from abroad.

RESEARCH ON THE REDUCTION OF MINOR ACTINIDE ACCUMULATION

We can conduct computational and methodological research on the reduction of minor actinide accumulation. Our work will help identify the most effective facilities for their transmutation, which is crucial for finding physical solutions to the long-term disposal of long-lived radioactive waste.
