Piezofilm composite materials

  • Materials production and research
  • Composite materials

We can manufacture metallized ceramic-filled composites that exhibit higher piezoelectric properties compared to analogs. They are fully compatible with air and water, which is crucial for the production of non-encapsulated electromechanical transducers of various types.

In contrast to widely used piezoceramic sensors, this material is also suitable for manufacturing large-area and lightweight transducers.

Potential applications include:

  • Electronics and robotics (ultrasonic filters and transducers, motion systems, and sensors for robots);
  • Security systems (motion sensors);
  • Vibration and damage diagnostics;
  • Acoustic and ultrasonic antennas and receivers;
  • Medical field (ultrasound equipment and health parameter sensors).
