The products are manufactured from refractory metal sheets or from self-produced single-crystal blanks.

We possess the technology for producing reaction-bonded silicon carbide (a two-phase structural ceramic material obtained by the reaction sintering method) and products made from it. This material has a virtually shrinkage-free and porous-free structure, is corrosion-resistant, and resistant to the effects of reservoir fluid, perchlorobenzene, carbamide, inorganic acids, and more.

The unique properties of these materials allow for:

  • Using the final products in various high-load mechanisms and systems;
  • Providing increased mechanical and thermal resistance (protective fire-resistant coatings can withstand temperatures up to 2000°C for short periods).
