We grow scintillation single crystals, such as Cerium- doped Lanthanum Bromide (LaBr3-Ce) and Cerium- doped Lutetium Orthosilicate (Lu2SiO5-Ce), used for ionizing radiation detection applications. These crystals are utilized in radiation spectrometers, security systems, positron emission and computer tomography devices. The diameter of the crystals can range from 30 to 60 mm.
- High-performance wide-band optical materials: wide transparency range, low infrared absorption, stable properties over a wide temperature range, high radiation resistance, and non-hygroscopic nature
- High-resolution optical elements produced from these materials
