We produce high-purity monocrystalline silicon, including high-resistivity silicon with specific electrical resistivity up to 30 kΩ·cm. This material is a key component in the Russian electronics industry and finds wide application in the production of power semiconductor devices, photodetectors, radiation detectors, and integrated circuits. Our technology ensures a high degree of material purification when manufacturing high- resistivity silicon grades.
We possess a unique technology for pre- and post-irradiation processing of silicon monocrystals, allowing us to achieve stable electro-physical parameter performance that meets customer requirements. The production capacity of the workshop ranges from 1.5 to 2 tons per year, depending on the diameter of the grown monocrystals.
