We can provide a comprehensive range of fuel research thanks to a complex of hot cells equipped with:

  • 14 hot cells with a maximum loading of fissile materials, each up to 300 grams (U-235);
  • 5 heavy shielding boxes.

The facility also houses laboratories equipped for working with low and medium activity samples.

  • We offer a fully equipped complex for reactor testing and post-irradiation research on materials used in various nuclear installations
  • We have an extensive database on the radiation resistance of fuel and structural materials in the reactor core under the influence of high damaging doses from fast neutrons
  • In-depth study of the effects of irradiation on the micro- and nanostructure of structural and fuel materials using advanced electron microscopes
