Our workshop specialists are also ready to provide the following services:
- Repair services for spare parts of imported equipment, including turning operations (products weighing up to 500 kg, with a diameter of up to 1 m and a length of up to 3 m);
- Milling operations of any complexity on universal machines;
- Fitting works (marking, drilling, assembly);
- Heat treatment in muffle furnaces (temperature up to 1300°C). Working chamber size: 400x1150x330 mm.
In addition to these services, we have capabilities for machining on coordinate boring, flat and cylindrical grinding, electro-erosion cutting, wire cutting, and gear cutting machines. We also have an ion- plasma deposition setup for vacuum coating using magnetron sputtering.
